Privacy Policy

1. What this covers. This policy covers The LuxeCalc Edit (this site). The calculator app has its own privacy policy, since it collects different data (wishlists, trip plans, receipt submissions) that this content site does not.

2. Cookies we use. A single first-party cookie records that you've acknowledged our cookie banner. Affiliate link clicks pass through a tracking parameter (so the referring network credits commission correctly) — this is a URL parameter and the affiliate network's own cookie, not something we set ourselves. See the cookie banner and this page for the current state; no analytics script is active yet (see section 3).

3. Analytics. We intend to run privacy-respecting, cookieless page analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles) to report real traffic to affiliate-network partners. As of publication, no analytics script is actually running on this site — this section will be updated the moment one is, not before.

4. Third-party links. Affiliate links take you to a retailer's own site, which has its own privacy policy and its own cookies. We don't control what a retailer does with your data once you leave this site.

5. What we don't collect. This site has no accounts, no forms that collect personal data beyond an optional partnerships-contact email you choose to send us, and no receipt or purchase data — that only happens in the calculator app, under its own policy.

6. Your rights. Under GDPR/CCPA and similar frameworks, you can ask what data we hold about you and request deletion. Given section 5, there is typically nothing to return beyond your own outbound emails to us.

7. Changes. We'll update this page when what it describes changes — including the moment analytics actually goes live, per section 3.
