Louis Vuitton's Next Price Increase: What We're Watching

By The LuxeCalc Edit StaffJune 29, 2026Editorial policy

Louis Vuitton has raised prices roughly once a year for the past several years, usually with limited advance notice. We track the brand's announced cadence in our database (brands.next_increase_date, brands.next_increase_pct) so the calculator can flag "buy before" windows — but we want to be precise about what that number is and isn't.

What "next increase date" actually means here

It's our best estimate based on the brand's historical cadence, not a leaked internal date. When LuxeCalc AI shows a projected increase, it's labeled as an estimate with the basis for that estimate (e.g. "annual cadence, last increase March 2026") — never presented as confirmed pricing information from the brand.

Why this matters for timing a purchase abroad

If an increase is likely in the next few weeks and you're already planning a trip, the true-cost comparison can shift meaningfully — the "wait or buy now" question is really "will the increase exceed the gap between markets," and that's a calculation, not a guess. We'll update this piece as we get closer to the brand's typical increase window.
